We will develop new methodologies to create reaction fields in living cells by introducing probe molecules and nanoparticles to the single cells and microspectroscopic methods whose spatial resolution is smaller than light wavelength. ◆ Theme(1) Creation chemical reaction fields in single bio cell which can be spectoscopically measured. (2) Development of super-resolution microscopy whose resolution overcomes diffraction limit of light. ◆ Keywordssingle bio cell, time-resolved imaging,time- and space-resolved spectroscopy ◆ Research Areaphotochemistry, scientific instrumentation, Bio cell chemistry, laser process |
